I usually find copyright lawsuits incredibly boring, everyone copies everyone else. And in the end, what is a big jewelry corporation really going to do with $25,000 from a reality show host/supermodel? Although I get that it is principle.

Balenciaga filed a lawsuit against Steve Madden for copying the "Lego" shoe from Fall 2007.

It's ridiculous that Steve Madden deemed it necessary to recreate this specific shoe. Did it even sell?

I hate to compare Gossip Girl to The OC for many reasons. I have high hopes for the UES crew and do not wish them the same fate as Marissa Cooper. However, this current season has me worried. Remember when Julie Cooper became a madame and Ryan Atwood started cage fighting? I seriously hope GG is not headed in that direction after the atrocious Vanessa-Hilary Duff- Dan threesome. The flashbacks were... not easy on the eyes.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking anything away from Blair and Chuck. They look dapper as usual.

When asked what she listens to besides her own music, she replied "My fans." She didn't dress up for Halloween but enjoyed seeing others dressed as herself. And she drinks whiskey.

I once was mugged in Madrid on the subway. The train stopped, one guy tapped my shoulder, and the other guy stole my laptop. The doors closed before I could protest.

P6 reports that DVF was mugged on Sunday in Madrid. She tweeted, "I just got robbed in the street in front of the Thyssen museum...My wallet, cash and all my credit cards!!" At least DVF was in town to collect a Telva Fashion Award. (And she was on "The City")
